Frequently asked questions
Are PP twin-wall sheets reusable?
Yes. The sheets are tear-resistant, dimensionally stable and water-repellent — ideal for returnable systems in logistics and industry where cardboard cannot be reused economically.
What is the advantage over cardboard interleaving sheets?
PP twin-wall sheets are resistant to moisture and chemicals, significantly more durable than cardboard, and at the same time very lightweight. For single-use packaging cardboard is more economical; for closed-loop reusable systems twin-wall sheets are usually the better choice.
In which forms do you supply PP twin-wall sheets?
We supply cut sheets to your dimensions, discs (with or without inner hole) and ready-assembled cell dividers for component separation. On request also with drilled holes, punching or chamfered corners.
Are antistatic or ESD variants available?
Yes — for packaging electronic components we offer twin-wall sheets with ESD or antistatic treatment. This prevents electrostatic charge during handling.
